3.Production Process

Production line equipped by low temperaturemixing mill processing,double machineinner-liner calendar processing, cold andhot dual multiplex extrusion productionprocessing,triplex multiplex extrudingproduction processing, one stage tire buildingmachine with two drums, one stage tirebuildingmachine withthree drums.nitrogen hydraulic production processing.All tires must be passed test by non-destructiveX-ray machine and checked partially bydynamic balance perfomance test, unifommityperfomance test and non circularity detection.
